Studio Manager & Brand Designer

  • Lead a 53-person team, overseeing 90 weekly classes, staffing all 83 hours of operation, and serving as the main contact point. 

  • Strategically drove 9K website clicks, generated 26K in revenue, and engaged 800 inboxes through an email campaign in week 1.   

  • Designed a 6-page website, driving 26K+ site sessions and $120K in revenue within 2 months of launch via strategic positioning.

Beyond leading operationally, I served as the sole graphic designer for Fitness on High’s brand. I designed and built the 6-page website, created an orientation flyer distributed to 4,000+ students, and developed the storefront signage, brand logo, colors, name and directed studio design and renovations.

Staff celebration Event

On May 7th, I organized and hosted a 40-person Instructor & Front Desk Celebration to personally recognize the team driving our studio’s success. We celebrated 90+ weekly classes, a 50-person staff, and 6-figure growth, taking the time to reflect and envision where we’re headed next.
